Music to my ears

Anyone who knows me at all knows that I have a soundtrack for every activity. When I edit my photos or when I travel, I like to retreat to my own world and take my audiobooks, podcasts and tunes with me. For years I have had Sony products going back to my original yellow Walkman Sport. Did I just date myself? Oh well!

That brings me to the latest offering from Sony the WH-1000XM3. Do you need to be alone with your thoughts or your music? Sony’s proprietary HD Noise Canceling headphones are just amazing. Smart Listening by Adaptive Sound Control automatically detects your activity and balances noise canceling levels accordingly. This comes in handy if you are on a plane versus commuting. The mom in me need to stress that you should always be aware in your surroundings!

I have the previous version of these headphones the Sony MDR1000X/C and I can attest to the comfort and sound quality. I am excited to see the increase in battery life now up to a full 30 hrs on a full charge as well as the quick charge capabilities – After only 10 mins, you’ll be ready to rock for 5 hours!

As we approach the fall and thoughts turn to gift planning for yourself or the music lover in your life you can head to your local Best Buy or shop online to purchase these. I have been a loyal Best Buy shopper for over 22 years. My four sons knew our local store on North Avenue in Chicago so well they called it “I need a box” after the commercial campaign Best Buy “Idea Box!”

If you have questions or want to see these items in person, the knowledgeable BestBuy employees are ready to help you find the perfect products for your home or office.

That sure sounds good to me!
