“Spring will come and so will happiness. Hold on. Life will get warmer.”
Anita Krizzan
Blustery days and rainy nights have have settled in Chicago as of late. I am taking every opportunity to look for signs of growth, greenery, and hope. Surely I am not alone as we anxiously await the burst of color that is so close on our horizon. I am trying to be optimistic that real Spring weather will come around soon. I know it will, but man she is taking her sweet time getting here. Spring is just around the corner! (said in the voice of The Little Engine That Could)
I am looking at every budding branch, thinking “You can do it!” Am I saying this to the branch or myself?
