Sometimes it may be a challenge and then other times it is so obvious.
These irises were shot against a plastic sheet – A sheet that divides the construction of my family room – It beautifully obscures the debris falling from the skylights – and hides the openings in the celling exposing the insulation and beams.
Besides being the perfect barrier from my DO NOT ENTER family room at the moment, it provides the most beautiful soft light. Grabs camera… 📸
The irises which were closed up tight in yesterdays cold and snow are now reaching for the light. A promise of things to come –
